Our bodies with extension.

Ancestral healing for mind-body-spirit integration and complex trauma recovery.

What is somatic ancestral healing?

Somatic ancestral healing is a mind-body-spirit process of re-membering. Through this re-membering, we recover somatic knowings of the past in order to arrive at the integrated present.

Many of us are disconnected and carry a sense of loneliness after generations of immigration and colonial trauma, and the ongoing wounding of capitalist exploitation. These inherited wounds find expression in our bodies today, shaping our experiences and relationships and often limiting our capacity for embodied presence.

Somatic ancestral healing invites us to journey back to our ancient and wise selves in order to answer the calls of our lineage and reclaim the gifts that are our birthright.
